Brand Associate

We are seeking an outgoing and professional Brand Associate to support brand awareness initiatives represent products and services and engage directly with prospective customers through in-person promotional activities. This position focuses on communicating brand values introducing available offerings and creating positive customer experiences that strengthen brand recognition and generate interest.

The ideal candidate is confident personable and enthusiastic about working with people. This role requires strong communication skills the ability to learn and present product information and a commitment to maintaining consistent brand representation while contributing to customer engagement and promotional objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Represent assigned brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions.

Introduce products and services to prospective customers in an engaging and informative manner.

Communicate brand messaging product benefits and relevant promotional information clearly.

Initiate conversations with individuals to generate awareness of available offerings.

Identify customer interests and provide appropriate product or service information.

Assist customers with understanding product features available options and practical benefits.

Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives through direct engagement.

Participate in promotional campaigns and scheduled brand representation activities.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when applicable.

Explain current promotions product updates and relevant purchasing information.

Answer customer questions and address common concerns regarding represented offerings.

Maintain familiarity with brand guidelines product specifications and company procedures.

Ensure consistent and accurate communication across customer interactions.

Assist with preparing and organizing promotional materials and product displays.

Distribute approved brand materials and informational resources.

Observe customer preferences and communicate relevant feedback to team members.

Support positive customer relationships through attentive and professional communication.

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve established promotional and engagement objectives.

Track customer interactions and promotional activity when required.

Participate in product training campaign briefings and team meetings.

Follow established brand representation standards and workplace procedures.

Complete additional brand promotion and customer engagement responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in brand representation marketing promotions retail hospitality or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional approach to initiating customer conversations.

Friendly outgoing and approachable demeanor.

Ability to communicate brand messaging and product information clearly.

Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer interests.
