Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the presenting symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are family-centered and culturally sensitive, addressing the unique backgrounds and needs of each client.

• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing trauma-informed practices that prioritize the safety and comfort of clients.

• Maintain open communication and collaboration with the clinical team and service coordinators, contributing to the holistic care of clients.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all program standards.

• Manage a designated caseload, providing high-quality care and timely interventions, including crisis management when necessary.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to stay current in best practices in mental health therapy.

• Complete additional duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the organization.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Ideally, candidates will possess 2 to 4 years of experience in mental health counseling, specifically working with vulnerable populations. A background in trauma-informed care will enhance the effectiveness of your practice, as will familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools.

Easy Way Psychological Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
