About the Role
The Company is in search of a System Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) to take on a pivotal, inaugural role in shaping a unified nursing vision and operating model across its extensive network. The successful candidate will be a visionary, collaborative, and innovative nurse executive with a strong operational background. This enterprise leadership position is key to advancing the organization's comprehensive strategy, grounded in a commitment to patient experience, quality, and clinical excellence. The CNE will work closely with the executive leadership team and various clinical and operational leaders to ensure the alignment of professional nursing practice with the academic and clinical missions of the system. As the System Chief Nurse Executive, the primary responsibilities will include building and operationalizing a system-wide nursing enterprise that enhances nursing outcomes, workforce engagement, and ultimately, patient care. The role demands a leader who can translate the organization's strategic goals into tangible improvements in nursing practice, workforce stability, patient flow, and overall operating performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nursing leadership, with the ability to influence and drive change across a large and complex healthcare environment.
