Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-forming machines to produce metal roofing and siding panels.
• Operate metal brakes to bend and form custom trim pieces.
• Read work orders and verify measurements, colors, quantities, and profiles.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Package, label, band, and prepare completed orders for pickup or delivery.
• Safely load and unload steel coils, materials, and finished products.
• Assist with customer and delivery-truck loadouts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Assist in other production and warehouse areas when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, metalworking, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work orders.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work safely around machinery, sharp metal, and moving equipment.
• Forklift experience is helpful, but training may be provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a production and warehouse environment.
