Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary based on concrete pours)

Build Commercial Projects Across Northern Colorado

We are seeking experienced Concrete Form Setters and Finishers to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality concrete work, enjoy working outdoors, and are looking for steady, full-time work, we'd like to hear from you.

This position supports commercial construction projects throughout Northern Colorado, including foundations, flatwork, slab-on-grade, walls, footings, and other structural concrete work.

Employees report to our Greeley shop each morning and travel to job sites with the crew. Pay starts when you arrive at the shop.

Responsibilities

• Set, align, brace, and secure concrete forms for commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal forms
• Verify elevations, layouts, and dimensions before concrete placement
• Assist with concrete placement, vibrating, screeding, and finishing
• Strip and remove forms after concrete has cured
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Follow all company and job site safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of concrete form setting experience
• Experience with commercial foundations and flatwork preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Project Locations: Commercial job sites located within approximately 35 miles of Greeley.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
