Sr. Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities Prepare and support corporate tax provision workpapers, including quarterly and annual calculations Assist with international tax matters related to foreign subsidiaries Support quarter?end and year?end close. Partner with CPA firm by providing accurate workpapers and responding to information requests Assist with indirect tax matters as needed Collaborate closely with the Tax Director and broader finance team on ad hoc tax projects Qualifications CPA preferred Experience in corporate tax provision work (ASC740) Background in public accounting, private industry, or a mix (straight public candidates welcome) Exposure to international tax preferred Strong workpaper preparation skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline?driven environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
