• Provide hospital coverage from Monday to Sunday, with clinic hours from 9 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Participate in a call schedule that includes one weeknight and one weekend day each week.
• Manage an average of 5-10 hospital patients daily per mid-level provider.
• Conduct 6-12 surgeries each day, including care for ICU patients.
• Handle 50% trauma cases within a fully adult patient population.
• Perform essential procedures such as EVD placement, lumbar puncture, and ICP monitor placement.
• Provide surgical care for complex wounds and perform suturing.
• Facilitate 1-2 admissions in inpatient or acute care settings.

• Experience in the required procedures and surgical care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
