Schedule/Hours:

• Full-Time
• 6:30AM - 3PM
• On-call requirement: One weekend per month (approximately 7 days on call per month)

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an OR or related nursing specialty preferred
• Active Texas RN license or compact state RN license
• BLS certification (AHA required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and families
• Administer and monitor medications and treatments following established protocols
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care interventions accurately
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as needed
• Delegate tasks and assignments to support clinical operations efficiently
