What you'll do:Coach clients on building independent living skillsEncourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challengesHelp plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clientsProvide consistent documentation of progress through case notes and quarterly reportsSpend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentationYou'd be great if you:Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respectAre a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solverCan work flexible hours and adapt to different client needsAre comfortable working independently in one-on-one settingsHave behavioral health experience (preferred, not required)Requirements:Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportationAble to pass a background check (per state industry standards)Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entryWhy Spread Your Wings, LLC. – ILS Services?
