• Hourly Pay Rate: $2535.00

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do \n
\n

\n
• Provide OB/GYN services including routine labor management, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum rounding
\n
• Support staff: Certified Nurse Midwife
\n
• Handle emergency gynecologic consults as needed
\n
• Collaborate with a dedicated team in a hospital-based setting with approximately 120 births per year
\n
• Use EPIC EMR system for documentation
\n
• Work within a rural community hospital environment, with no high-risk obstetrics or residents on-site
\n
• Provide coverage for shifts approximately 15–20 days per month, including weeklong stretches
\n

What You Need \n
\n

\n
• MD or DO with valid medical license accepted via IMLC
\n
• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
\n
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
\n
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience
\n
• Ability to support routine labor management, cesarean sections, and postpartum care
\n
• Willingness to float to other sites such as Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison as needed
\n
