Promotions Assistant

Introduction We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Promotions Assistant to support promotional activities customer engagement and event initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people representing a company professionally and gaining hands-on experience in promotions and communications. Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns and community engagement activities. Represent the company professionally at events and promotional activities. Provide customers and attendees with accurate information about products and services. Distribute promotional materials and assist with event preparation. Support setup coordination and breakdown of promotional activities. Engage with customers and help create a welcoming experience. Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team. Maintain organized promotional materials and supplies. Assist with other marketing and promotional projects as assigned. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly professional and approachable personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and members of the public. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Reliable and dependable work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
