The maintenance data specialist role builds and maintains the maintenance data systems at the New Century plant site.**Responsibilities:** Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:* Gatekeeper for maintenance management information(MMIS) system at the New Century Site.* Manage MMIS portion of the management of change(MOC) process.* Responsible for building and maintaining equipment BOMS, creating equipment IDs, facilitating P&ID updates, and establishing equipment preventive maintenance plans.* Maintain inspection reports and PSM critical documentation.* Collaborate with site engineers, operations and maintenance teams.* Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment when possible.* Participate on maintenance and capital project teams to ensure site standards are followed when possible.* Complete SAP data analyses to review maintenance efficiencies and opportunities.* Responsible for maintaining MMIS procedures and assisting with work order closures.## **Job Requirements****Qualifications:**The successful candidate will be an effective, results-driven, self-directed and motivated team player who communicates in an open, honest manner. In addition, a qualified candidate should possess the following: * Highly developed communication and organizational skills.* Ability to perform well under competing priorities.* Interpersonal skills for working in teams across functions.* Computer and technical literacy; demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).* Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software is a plus.Reporting structure: Reports to the Operations Manager.
