Occupational Therapy AssistantResponsible for implementing occupational therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.Education: Associate's degree-Occupational Therapy AssistantLicenses and Certification: Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545) BLSTechnical Experience: N/ARole Specific Responsibilities:Implements Plan of CareMeasures and communicates progress towards goalsDocumentation is accurate, complete and timelyProvides supervision to rehab techs and studentsInpatient: Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelinesCompensation (Commensurate with experience): $23.65 - $36.66
