Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of two. Ive been with State Farm since 2005 and come from a long line of insurance professionals as a third-generation State Farm agent. That background helped shape my passion for the industry and for building strong relationships with customers.

Im a proud dad of two boys and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever I can. Family and balance are very important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the office.

Bert West - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
