This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices./liliAdminister immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education./liliMinimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting/liliExperience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record/liliAbility to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing/liliBasic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)./liliPass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliPhlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training./liliPrevious experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room/li/ulh3Licensure/Certifications/h3ulliThe LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia./li/ulh3Education/h3ulliGraduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant./li/ulh3Pay Range/h3pThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$22.40 - $48.67/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
