Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Speech Language Pathology
• Speech Therapy/Pathology license required
• Must have, or be eligible for, state licensure
• Must present license prior to employment
• BLS required from AHA only
• ASHA card required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1700
• Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours per day

Location Highlights

Alamogordo offers access to notable outdoor destinations and a relaxed desert setting in southern New Mexico. White Sands National Park is about 20 minutes from central Alamogordo, and Oliver Lee Memorial State Park sits roughly 15 miles south with hiking access into Dog Canyon. The city is home to the New Mexico Museum of Space History and Alameda Park Zoo, and it is about 90 miles north of El Paso for additional dining, shopping, and airport access. Lincoln National Forest begins just east of town, offering mountain drives and trail access, while the Tularosa Basin gives the area a quiet, open landscape with views of the Sacramento Mountains.
