Partners are core to Ivalua’s strategy, a key success factor allowing our business to scale, while we deliver 100% of our projects with a partner. This is the reason why the Alliances team has been developing a strong partner network in the past 5 years. You are responsible for managing our most strategic AMER partners, thus helping scale regional sales and delivery capabilities. You will work under the management of the Senior Alliances Director, working in close collaboration with the AMER Sales & Business Development teams. This role requires approximately 30% travel. WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH USStrengthen & enforce partner strategy in the AMER region and facilitate coordination with all necessary internal Ivalua AMER teamsSupport the AMER VP of Sales and his Regional Sales Directors with their respective go-to-market strategiesSupport business development initiatives and facilitate internal coordination with Marketing and Business Development teams Manage partners that have a reach throughout the regionRecruit new partnersBuild long-term relationships with partners in your regionAbility to travel up to 30% of the time as an essential function of the role; travel requirements may fluctuate based on business needsYOUR PROFILEIf you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:Skills and Experience:At least 6 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS company, consulting firm, or system integrator plus sales, project management, or management experienceExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishYou are committed, work independently, love challenges, and are able to manage complex situations or conflicts; you define yourself as a problem-solverExperience in dealing with partners in the C-level areaExperience in building strategic relationships, increasing sales and aligning goals with partners’ interests in technologyKnowledge of enterprise software solutions and understanding of complex technical conceptsBachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experienceWHAT HAPPENS NEXTIf your application fits this specific position’s needs, our skilled Talent team will reach out to schedule an initial screening call. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Title: Alliances & Partners ManagerBase range minimum: $120,000Base range maximum: $200,000Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance.
