Resumen General
Responsable de la coordinación de la estructura del programa Viva La Tarde y sus segmentos.
Responsabilidades, Deberes y Tareas Esenciales
El deber primordial de la persona que ocupa esta plaza consiste en la ejecución de las siguientes tareas de acuerdo con las políticas, directrices y procedimientos de la Compañía:
- Preparar la estructura de los programas diarios luego de la aprobación de la productor ejecutivo.
- Verificar libretos diarios y preparación de rundowns técnicos para el programa en vivo diarío.
- Redactar entrevistas para añadir al libreto, de ser necesario.
- Coordinar y llevar calendario de integraciones en viva la tarde con el departamento de ventas de Wapa.
- Solicitar graficas o artes especiales al departamento de graficas basadas en el contenido del programa diario o programas especiales.
- Preparar el prompter para el programa en vivo.
- Llevar los tiempos estipulados por segmentos para cumplir con las pautas comerciales del canal.
- Contestar o realizar llamadas de entrevistas, juegos y/ o dinámicas.
- Recopilar información de participantes de juegos o dinámicas durante el programa en vivo para entrega de premios.
- Estar con el director, crew técnico y equipo de producción en el control para asegurar que todo lo pre-producido para el programa diario se cumpla en el tiempo estipulado, cumpliendo con las pausas comerciales, integraciones, entrevistas y compromisos que deben salir al aire durante la programación en vivo.
- Producir los temas del día para la discusión en el programa y de ser necesario contactar a los protagonistas de la noticia o tema para participar en el programa en vivo, ya sea en el estudio, vía telefónica o por video llamada.
- Producir los segmentos individuales asignados por el productor ejecutivo.
- Preparar dinámicas para preopenings , programas especiales, juegos o trivias para regalar al público televidente.
- Supervisar las diferentes areas de producción y asignar tareas de contenido y de producción a las diferentes areas del equipo de trabajo de producción.
- Crear nuevos segmentos junto al productor ejecutivo y distribuir las labores al equipo de producción del programa deacuerdo a las necesidades de los segmentos a producir.
- Apoyar en las demás posiciones de Viva La Tarde cuándo haya compañeros ausentes, de ser necesario.
- Cualquier otra tarea y/o responsabilidad requerida por su supervisor para el funcionamiento efectivo del programa.
Requisitos del Puesto
Para desempeñarse con éxito en este puesto, la persona debe poder realizar cada tarea a cabalidad. Los requisitos descritos a continuación son representativos del conocimiento, destrezas y habilidades requeridas. Acomodo razonable puede ser facilitado para que personas con impedimentos puedan desempeñar dichas funciones.
- Bachillerato en Comunicaciones y/o área relacionada o experiencia equivalente
- Capacidad para manejar varios proyectos a la vez
- Experiencia en programas Avid, Avid Media Central y Media Composer
- Experiencia en coordinación y grabación en exteriores
- Excelentes destrezas en ortografía y redacción en español e inglés
- Habilidad para relacionarse con los demás y trabajar en equipo
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación orales, escritas y de interpretación en español e inglés
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Destrezas de manejo de confidencialidad
- Trabajar bajo presión
- Excelentes destrezas de organización
- Disponibilidad para trabajar diferentes horarios, incluyendo fin de semana y días feriados

Se trabaja un 100% del tiempo en la oficina.
