Digital Marketer

Start Health is an independent, individual health coverage program that offers HSA-qualified plans built on a unique cash-pay model that makes healthcare more transparent, affordable, and flexible. Our Marketer will be a true brand builder, from paid advertising and social media to video content and sales collateral, this person will play a direct role in shaping how people discover and connect with Start Health. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google and social platforms Build and execute email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences and promotional sends Create content that makes health insurance simple and easy to understand for everyday consumers Update and maintain website content and assist with design and UX improvements Produce short-form video content for ads, social, and educational purposes Develop sales materials such as one-pagers, brochures, and presentations to support the member support team WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years of digital marketing experience Ability to leverage AI tools and resources Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) Strong copywriting skills - able to break down complex topics simply and clearly Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) Comfortable with basic web/CMS platforms and has a good design eye Experience creating or editing short-form video content Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects in a small team environment Background in healthcare or financial product marketing is a plus HOW WE SUPPORT YOU 5% annual bonus based on company profitability Affordable health, vision, and dental insurance for you and your family Company contributes up to $2,300 to Health Savings Account annually Wellness program that contributes additional money towards your HSA Automatic 3% contribution into retirement plan Career development and growth opportunities Flexible Time Off & 10 paid holidays per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
