Hospitality Ambassador Location: 1400 Village Square Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL 32312 Salary: $12 – $15 per hour Job Type: Part-time, Full-time Shift: Morning and Night shifts available Come help us cultivate fanatics at the nation’s leading build‑your‑own pizza fast‑casual restaurant where individuality, quality, speed, and fire are key to the success of our company and our team. We are currently seeking Hospitality Ambassadors who maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions at Blaze Pizza. As a Hospitality Ambassador, your primary responsibility is to ensure our dine‑in and digital pick‑up guests are well taken care of. Being a people person and a great conversationalist are table stakes for this position. There is little to no food prep in this role. We have full‑time, part‑time, day and night shift opportunities. Requirements Great attitude and love to have fun at work Reliable and hardworking Strong guest service and communication skills “Put guests first” approach to business Open to learning Responds positively to coaching and direction Team player in a high‑performance environment Good personal grooming Ability to stand up to 8 hours Responsibilities Deliver food to guests at their tables Deliver food to pick‑up and curbside guests Ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal Take orders, prepare and fire pizzas right in front of the guest Check in with guests on their satisfaction during the meal Pre‑buss tables Clean tables and other dining room and restroom areas Help guests with the Blaze Pizza App to increase loyalty users Always cultivate the guest experience with fast, courteous, sincere service – always say “YES” Company Background Millennial Restaurant Group (MRG), a franchisee of Blaze Pizza, opened its first location in Louisville, KY in 2014.
