Safety is a key pillar of our services.ResponsibilitiesWorking with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilitiesEnsure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, and aircraft cleanliness dutiesMaintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation and record keepingEffectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partnersProvide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Air Evac Lifeteam change board detailsAccountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing trainingMinimum RequirementsCurrent Rotorcraft FAA Commercial CertificateHelicopter instrument ratingCurrent FAA Class II Medical Certificate2,000 Total Flight Hours1,500 Helicopter Hours500 Helicopter PIC Hours1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours100 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft230 lb Weight Limit (including flight gear)Preferred Qualifications200 Helicopter Hours Preferred, Including 50 in AircraftB429 Aircraft ExperienceHigh School Diploma/Equivalent or HigherWhy Choose Air Evac Lifeteam?
