Survey CAD Technician

Full-Time | Steady Project Pipeline R&R Engineers & Surveyors is looking for a Survey CAD Technician who knows their stuff and can keep projects moving. If you’re comfortable working in Civil 3D, understand survey workflows, and want to be part of a team doing consistent land development work, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role. What you’ll be doing: Producing ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topo surveys, and legal descriptions Turning field data into clean, accurate Civil 3D drawings Working with point clouds, LiDAR, and drone data Creating clear, client-ready exhibits Coordinating with surveyors and project managers to hit deadlines What we’re looking for: Strong Civil 3D skills (this is a must) Experience with Trimble Business Center Familiarity with point clouds, LiDAR, or photogrammetry (Pix4D or similar) Solid understanding of survey workflows, boundaries, and coordinate systems Someone who works efficiently, catches mistakes early, and takes ownership of their work Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in CAD, Surveying, or similar 2+ years of relevant experience (more experience = higher pay) Pay & details: $35–$40.77/hour depending on experience Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) Onsite with some flexibility/hybrid options Offers are contingent on passing a background check.
