Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.**This position is contingent upon award of contract**Wage/Salary Range: $125k - $150kApplicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall management of order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific orders are implemented in a timely manner.Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned order projects.Ensures quality products and services are delivered.Responsible for managing projects with various levels of technical complexity.Trains and directs employee work activities.Signs timecards, prepares performance reviews, handles discipline problems and has input to hiring and firing.Managing clientsBuilding a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectivesManaging day-to-day client interactionSetting and managing client expectationsCommunicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.Achieving operational objectives and contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviewsImplementing productivity and quality standardsProviding technical direction and guidance to contractor staff to ensure Contract requirements and expectations are clear, success criteria are defined, progress toward results are monitored, and that all activities are performed in compliance with the terms of the ContractIdentifying risks and appropriate mitigation strategiesMeeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actionsManaging a multi-tiered project and/or multiple projects simultaneouslyRequired (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalentLevel of Experience Requirements: 10-15 years’ experience RequiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Responsible for the overall management of order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific orders are implemented in a timely manner.
