QA Analyst

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who is detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring high-quality software products. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design test plans, identify bugs, and ensure applications meet performance and usability standards. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests. Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Ensure product quality by validating that features meet business and technical requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input on quality risks and improvements. Advocate for QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. Requirements 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and CI/CD environments. Good understanding of APIs and ability to perform API testing using tools like Postman. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
