During the warmer months, this position will focus primarily on irrigation/sprinkler system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs . During the winter months, the position will transition to snow removal and winter maintenance . This is a salary position with 40 hours per week guaranteed , along with the opportunity to earn overtime when additional hours are needed. Responsibilities Spring/Summer/Fall Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sprinkler/irrigation systems Diagnose sprinkler system problems and make necessary repairs Perform seasonal system start-ups and winterizations Repair sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, wiring, and controllers Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Work independently and as part of a team Maintain a clean and professional work environment Winter Operate snow removal equipment Perform snow and ice removal for residential and/or commercial properties Shovel, plow, blow, and salt/sand as needed Respond to winter weather events and changing conditions Perform general winter property maintenance Qualifications Experience with sprinkler/irrigation systems preferred Previous landscaping, irrigation, or maintenance experience is a plus Experience operating snow removal equipment preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work overtime when needed What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment 40 hours per week guaranteed Salary position Overtime opportunities Consistent year-round work Variety of work throughout the seasons Opportunity for long-term employment and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr JT Lawn Services & Landscaping
