In a world of disruption, our solutions empower organizations to navigate challenges seamlessly, enhancing their HR capabilities and fostering a resilient workforce.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in Docebo implementations and optimizations focused on technical and data conversionAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:4+ years of experience leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries, with responsibility for schedule, budget, risks, weekly status reporting, and stakeholder governance4+ years of Big 4 consulting experienceExperience leading 2+ Docebo implementationsExperience building 3+ integrated implementation plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and RAID trackingExperience managing 6+ workstreams and tracking progress to milestone adherenceExperience completing 2+ Docebo implementations from design through go-live and 30-90 day stabilization, including integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and training/change delivery for 200+ usersThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
