Director of Admissions‑Full Time‑Temecula Valley Hospital Temecula Valley Hospital | Full‑time | Temecula Responsibilities Revenue cycle, charge management, patient accounts management (clean and thorough registration, auditing, charge reconciliation, charge transfer, error corrections, contract review, denials management, and year‑end process). Patient/physician friendly process flow, problem identification, resolution, and education. Responsible over Patient Access to drive the front‑end process to enhance hospital revenue, collection and performance, clean registration data, and month‑end. Monitors and evaluates staff performance on all functions in the Admitting Department. Qualifications Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Patient Access/Admissions and hospital billing/collections in an acute care hospital or similar setting. Minimum five years’ leadership experience in related field(s) required; acute care experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree required. Education courses/seminars related to admitting in a healthcare environment preferred. Certifications / Licenses Industry certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE), Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM), etc., preferred.
