Job Title

Unit Notes Techs sent directly to the manager need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked. Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name. Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

Days 8s M-F 0645-1515. Call required: weekend, as needed. Call response time is 30 minutes.

Common Cases: Be proficient and work independently in all service lines specifically Ortho, Neuro, Robotics and General. Unit OR # suites 9 operating rooms and 1 cysto suite # of cases per day Average 30 cases a day. MAIN - Total hips/knees, general, daVinci, neuro, urology. Pediatric dental on some Fridays. 1:1 with kids. OUTPATIENT -Appendectomies, cataract surgery, Retina, GYN, Orthopedic, podiatry, plastic, endoscopy with anesthesia/procedural sedation by endo team, general –lap chole, breast biopsy, hemorrhoidectomy, some urology, pain procedures that we circulate for, ENT both adults and pediatric.

Scrubbing required: RN's: No Charge Nurse Over all ORs EMR Cerner Weeknight/Call Requirements; as needed Holiday/Call Requirements Rotate in with core staff Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? Yes What is call response time? 30 minutes Floating Requirements Float between Mercy General Main OR and Outpatient Surgery. I cover both areas. No floating to another SAC facility. Scrub Color/Dress Code Provided Unit/Department specific orientation 1-2 days in OR with preceptor
