How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse who excels in this role: Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings Provides age‑and‑condition‑appropriate nursing care Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient What we’re looking for Current North Carolina or compact state RN license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred One year of RN experience as an Emergency Department RN required More about Rutherford Regional Health System Rutherford Regional Health System is a community‑focused healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to the residents of Rutherford County and surrounding areas.
