Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct personalized therapy sessions with clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, ensuring each session is tailored to individual needs. \n

- Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the goals of choice and empowerment for clients. \n

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of client reports and data analytics to aid in program assessments and improvements. \n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Reflections Counseling Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and age backgrounds. You will be responsible for addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique developmental needs of each population served. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective client interactions. \n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively. \n
- Proficiency in understanding age-related and specialty issues related to the various populations served. \n

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in community health or mental health settings. \n
- Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote therapy. \n
