HIV Prevention Outreach Specialist - Field & Community Engagement

HOUSING WORKS INC

Housing Works Inc. in New York City is seeking an Outreach Specialist to engage community members, identify individuals at risk for HIV, and connect them to prevention services in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
