As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Risk Assessment in Richmond, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying authorization and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs related to patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
