We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati / Fairfield, OH. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting licensed pharmacists with the preparation, distribution, and management of medications, ensuring safe and efficient pharmacy operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment that values precision, service, and patient care.
Shifts: (multiple openings on each)
1st shift: 7am - 3pm
2nd shift: 4pm - 12am
Monday - Friday. May occasionally have to come in for some Saturday work.
Responsibilities

• Accurately assist in filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Measure, count, and package medications per prescription guidelines.
• Input prescription and patient data into pharmacy software systems.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (CPhT).

Work Environment
The role offers license reimbursement, monthly catered lunches, and opportunities for growth into compounding and training if certification is obtained.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
