Mental Health Therapist (Full-Time)

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt COMPENSATION: The hiring range for this position is $70,000–$90,000, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses; candidates may also choose between a base salary structure or a variable compensation plan (commission), which may provide higher earning potential Company Overview We are a multi-specialty healthcare organization dedicated to improving care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. Position Summary Vitae Healthis is seeking a qualified Psychotherapist to provide mental health services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The Psychotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, supporting residents’ overall well‑being and adjustment to medical and life changes.
