Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead HR function who can operate both strategically and hands‑on . Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline Drive performance management and talent development programs Hands‑On HR Operations Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and HR policies Manage payroll processes with expertise in ADP Payroll Maintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS) for accuracy and efficiency Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Talent Management & Development Support full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent Design and deliver leadership development and training programs Support career development and employee engagement initiatives Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure development Oversee benefits administration, vendor relationships, and annual renewals Provide strategic recommendations to enhance total rewards programs Analytics & Reporting Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision‑making Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) Strong leader with sound and trustworthy judgement 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years of leadership responsibilities Strong experience with ADP Payroll and HRIS systems Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills Experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
