Opportunity As a Senior Manager in the Finance organization, you will be a strategic finance leader and trusted partner to senior executives. You will own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for key business areas, translating business objectives into actionable plans and driving accountability for results. You will lead the development and execution of financial strategy, shape critical business decisions, and influence the strategic direction of the organization. Responsibilities / Impact Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for key areas of the business, driving accountability and alignment with company goals. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability. Lead and scale forecasting and planning processes, improving accuracy, speed, and transparency across the organization. Partner with senior leaders to define priorities, evaluate trade‑offs, and drive execution against strategic initiatives. Build and develop a high‑performing finance team, setting standards for analytical rigor, business partnership, and operational excellence. Design and implement scalable financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to support a growing and evolving business. Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving cross‑functional alignment to mitigate challenges and capture upside. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, systems implementation, analytics, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics. Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Demonstrated ability to own financial planning and performance for a business unit or function, with strong understanding of P&L drivers. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross‑functional teams. Experience operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively. Track record of building and scaling financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks. High level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action. Work Arrangement Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office, with the option to be on site up to 5 days a week. Compensation Illinois base salary: $134,000‑$141,500 per year.
