Customer Service Manager

Stop & Shop

Stop & Shop is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead Front End, Online Pick-up, and Cash Office operations in our Waterford location. You will recruit, train and coach team members while driving sales, service excellence and profitability. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail, a degree in business administration or retail management (or equivalent), and a flexible schedule including weekends.
