This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in maintaining a work-life balance while providing essential services to clients. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a structured yet adaptable setting. As part of our team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, ensuring integrated and comprehensive care tailored to our clients' needs.

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning interventions with their individual goals and preferences.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment.

  • Provide educational support to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices.

  • Monitor and document client progress consistently, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other medical professionals, to facilitate integrated care.

  • Stay updated on recent research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, aiming to continuously enhance therapeutic strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with legal standards and ethical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
