At Globe Communications, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are followed. Assist with training of crew members. Read and understand blueprints. Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations. Assist supervisor with day‑to‑day activities. Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues. Safely use heavy equipment and machinery. Perform work in all weather conditions. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need 18 years of age or older. Authorization to work in the United States. A valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred. High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience (preferred). At least three years of related work experience. Previous Foreman experience preferred. Physical Abilities & Exposures Work alone in remote locations and confined spaces with arms above shoulder level; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift >55 lbs.
