Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time

Location: Blue Springs, MO & Overland Park, KS
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: On-Site
Schedule: Flexible Scheduling | Approximately 2-3 days/week in Overland Park and 2 days/week in Blue Springs

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team serving patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, work-related, and personal injury conditions. The PT will provide individualized, evidence-based care and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, hands-on treatment, and rehabilitation services.
Treat orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational, and personal injury patients.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, NPs, chiropractors, OTs, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, injury prevention, and home exercises.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current PT license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
Eligible to obtain licensure in both states if required.
Outpatient orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational medicine, or personal injury experience preferred.
