APRN - Palliative & Hospice Care Specialist
Community Hospice of Northeast Florida
Community Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida is looking for an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to collaborate with physicians and provide palliative care. The selected candidate will assess patient needs, manage treatments, and support families during critical times. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Nursing, a current Florida license, and at least two years of nursing experience. This role is critical in ensuring quality end-of-life care, and educational outreach to internal staff and the community.
