Colorado PERA is hiring an Instructional Designer to develop and measure engaging learning experiences related to the Defined Benefit Retirement Plan and other benefits. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in Curriculum and Instruction, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design. This full-time position offers a hybrid work option, allowing up to two days of remote work per week.
