Your Mission

We seek seasoned, driven recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialists. This opportunity transcends the ordinary; it's a launchpad designed to amplify your talents, while equipping you with the technology, marketing acumen, and operational support to enhance your impact and elevate your brand.

You will oversee end-to-end placements while developing and nurturing robust partnerships with clients. With some of the industry's most competitive commission structures, your efforts will translate directly into tangible rewards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Comprehensive Searches from intake dialogue to successful closure.
  • Act as a Strategic Client Partner, truly understanding their hiring demands, challenges, and workplace culture.
  • Employ Strategic Sourcing utilizing our advanced CRM/ATS, in conjunction with your existing networks and innovative communication platforms.
  • Optimize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Prioritize Lasting Permanent Placements that deliver substantive value for clients as well as lucrative commissions for yourself.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Leadership as we enhance our brand — and yours.

Your Profile

  • 2–3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales background.
  • Sound understanding of healthcare or an eagerness to learn — we're here to guide you!
  • Proficient in cultivating client relationships and successfully closing offers.
  • Confident in maneuvering through ATS/CRM systems (training on ours will be provided).
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a vision to build a lasting career.
