Healthcare Data Analyst

Retirement Data AnalystWe're seeking a Retirement Data Analyst to support the Consolidated Pensions team. This role focuses on reviewing and validating member service data in PeopleSoft to ensure accuracy and consistency in retirement benefit calculations. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to identify data discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and maintain tracking logs using Excel and SharePoint. Ideal candidates should have either a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with PeopleSoft or HRIS systems is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and/or career changers looking to build a career in retirement services and data analysis. A customer service mentality will be helpful to success in the role, so candidates with hospitality, retail, and service industry experience might be good fits.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate pension plan member data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in member service data.Collaborate with the Retirement Solutions and Member Data Solutions teams to document data issues and perform and recommend corrective actions.Help maintain tracking logs for data issues and resolutions using SharePoint or Excel.Assist with the review and verification of retirement benefits estimates for pension plan members who are near retirement.Support ongoing projects to ensure that all payees are receiving accurate and correct benefits.Communicate findings clearly to team members and contribute to process documentation.RisksDesk work only. Remote one day per weekNo work will be performed within 50 feet of track right-of-wayNo work may involve areas with environmental risksAll source files will be provided to the Client.Qualifications Experience & EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experienceExposure to HRIS systems is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review, reconciliation, and reportingStrong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies in member service recordsEmotional intelligence.
