Job Title: ICU RN for Float Pool Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Duration: Full-Time Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar sized facility License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar sized facility - Ability to float to all critical care floors, emergency room, and step-down/PACU as needed Description: This position will float to all critical care floors. The role includes assignments in the emergency room and emergency room holds, if applicable. Patients assigned in the emergency room will be limited. Additional responsibilities may include holding in MTC, step-down, or PACU as needed. Familiarity with EPIC EMR is essential. Minimal requests for time off are expected.
