Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Marvin Behavioral Health & Recovery Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based individual and couples therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients engaged in the detox process.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Scheduling ongoing client appointments and managing your own calendar to maximize therapeutic impact.
\n
• Collaborating with team members to discuss cases, share insights, and refine therapeutic interventions, contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork and collective success.

• Utilizing our billing service to handle claims, manage accounts receivable, conduct benefit and eligibility checks, and establish payment plans, allowing you to focus on clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. The clients span various age groups and backgrounds, requiring you to possess the skills to effectively address diverse clinical presentations, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation. Your role will be pivotal in guiding individuals toward healing and empowerment during one of the most critical times in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position, candidates must fulfill the following:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional professionalism with strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and effective organizational and time management skills.

• A self-motivated and self-sufficient mindset with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with significant training and experience in couples therapy will be highly regarded. Demonstrated success in working with diverse patient populations and complex clinical cases will also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses. Alongside a generous compensation package, we provide:
