About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a pivotal role in leading the newly established Agent and Issuer Services Engagement function within its Asset Servicing Operations. This senior leadership position is at the forefront of the capital markets, responsible for the effective processing of securities lifecycle events, including corporate actions. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and driving the engagement framework with critical market participants, ensuring that agents and issuers are equipped and aligned to support the company's strategic priorities. This role demands a visionary leader who can foster transparency, collaboration, and accountability, and who will serve as the primary point of engagement for all agent and issuer-related matters. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of related experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in setting and leading strategic initiatives, building and sustaining trusted relationships, and influencing without direct authority. The Executive Director will be expected to champion a culture of regulatory awareness and risk management, and to connect strategic priorities to financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, capable of representing the function in internal and external forums, and will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to support the engagement function.
