LPN Intake Coordinator-Inpatient Case Management

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring an LPN Intake Coordinator-Inpatient Case Management to work part-time weekend day shift.

20 hours per week

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• 1 year Clinical experience
• 2 years Customer Service
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.

The primary duties of this position include triaging, verifying medical information, caring for the patient's overall health, and working closely with the doctors and other team members.
