Responsibilities Generate sales and provide customer service. Operate the cash register and perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager. Qualifications and Attributes Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with customers and engaging with the community. A love for chocolate and a consumer/product-centric mindset. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $15.00 to $17.43 per hour; actual compensation based on experience and other factors. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you work at least 30 hours per week.
