What You'll Do
- Provide patient-centered care to behavioral health patients in a hospital setting
- Float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Support patients through assessment, intervention, and treatment planning
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety, legal, and facility protocols during your shift
What You Need
Required:- Valid Behavioral Health Nursing license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- BLS certification
- Epic EMR experience is preferred
- Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
